Now as always, the safety and well-being of guests are a top priority. Gateway Inn & Suites is assuring the highest level of cleanliness protocols that are already put in place during these trying times.

Here are some of our preventative guidelines we are implementing for a safe experience with us:

  • An effective sneeze-guard at the front desk for safe staff-guest interactions
  • Increased cleaning frequency of lobby, front desk area & public areas being done daily
  • Reconfiguring and clearly marking spaces to allow for appropriate physical distancing
  • Making hand sanitizer readily available to all guests and staff members

To our housekeeping and front desk staff members we have made specific recommendations for paying extra-special attention to both in-room and public areas. This includes;

Sanitizing high traffic spaces and surfaces such as:

  • Doors & door knobs
  • Vending machine & ice machine
  • Guest key cards
  • Elevator buttons
  • All counters, cabinets, handles & windows
  • Hairdryers & all restroom hardware
  • Phones, remotes, thermostats, alarm clocks, lighting controls & closet hangers
  • Sanitation of housekeeping carts & supplies are done daily
  • All members of the housekeeping staff are instructed to wear masks & gloves while carrying out these tasks

We understand the high level of angst while travelling during these times and want to make sure we can do our part to make your stay with us as comfortable and stress free as possible considering these uncertain circumstances.
